We are looking for a qualified Sales Assistant to join our sales team! Under the supervision of the Director of Operations & Growth, the Sales Assistant will provide support with organizational tasks, meetings and proposals. You may be assigned other duties as necessary, supporting the leadership team in activities such as advocacy and event planning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists in planning and organising zoom meetings/conference calls, including managing calendars, accommodation, travel and other logistics;
  • Provides support during meetings as required; prepares agendas, takes minutes, and manages follow-up emails and coordination of supporting materials;
  • Send all follow-up email after meetings;
  • Provides support to senior management in updating and keeping CRM up to date. Develop CRM weekly, monthly reporting up to date (number of meetings, revenue opportunities etc.);
  • Ensures all IT related requirements and resources are working effectively, liaising with the IT Manager as appropriate;
  • Performs other relevant ad-hoc duties as required by the office or team as they arise.

Any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications in this field is highly desirable.

Education

Minimum Required: Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational certifications.

Desirable Skills

  • Connection to islands, subject knowledge;
  • Proven ability to work well under dynamic conditions with input from multiple managers;
  • Ability to interact and communicate appropriately and professionally with senior management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • CRM experience;
  • Excellent problem solving skills, able to think through the likely cause of problems before referring to others;
  • English plus another fluent language such as Spanish or Portuguese.

Salary
